Books are great but….

There are literally hundreds of books about time management on the market.  I’ve read most of them and many are absolutely great.  But the problem I see with my clients is that they read the books, tried a few things and eventually go back to their old habits.   When you try to implement new habits from a book you are forced to read the material (which takes time) assimilate it then use that information to create your own system.  this can be great, but for most people it doesn’t work.  Who has time to create a new system?

It is all about habit

That’s right.   You use a series of habits (good or bad) to to manage your daily work.  Chances are nobody taught you how to do it.  Most of us were thrown out into the workplace and left to figure it out on our own.  I know I was.  To this day schools and colleges don’t teach students how to manage their work…which is a shame.
