Outlook Time Saver – Use Signature to Insert Text

Do you enter the same text into your e-mail messages on a regular basis?  If so you can save yourself a lot of time by using the Outlook Signature tool to store the text and  quickly paste into a message.   Watch this short video to learn how:

Please Note: This only works with Outlook 2003. Outlook 2007 has a little feature quirk that only allows you to paste one signature file per message.  When you try to paste a second signature the first one is deleted.
